    Some would disagree on your statement “mobile phone is [the] perfect toy for kids”, but I suppose it depends on the age of the kid you are speaking of. I agree it is the new mania, but It’s important they are well versed in the advantages and disadvantages of having one in their possession, and that they have a higher regard for it then a simple “toy”.
