by on Sep.25, 2011, under Samsung
Samsung is a brand that is known for its products since the year 1938. The company ventured in a number of fields until it entered the mobile industry. Samsung soon captured the market with its innovative models and affordable pricings. The latest product by the company is the all new Samsung Galaxy Tab. The new Galaxy tab 10.1 is an upgraded version of the original model. It is based on the latest version of Android- honeycomb that is especially developed for tablets.
The new Tab has quite a number of features. It is packed with 1GHz dual-core Tegra 2 NIVIDIA processor. The screen is 10.1 inches large with a resolution of 128 X 800 pixels ensuring that your visuals are sharp and crisp. The tablet is integrated with two cameras, a front 2 MP camera that makes video chatting easy and a rear 3 MP one that only lets you click some amazing pictures but you can also shoot videos in 720p format. The new model is much thinner and lighter with only 8.66 mm thickness and weighing only 1.25 pounds. The battery life of the tablet is also quite impressive. One can easily play music for 72 hours.

Both the variants have a GPS module. Each variant is further available in two more variants based on their in-built memory, a 16 GB model and a 32 GB model. As far as the pricing of the tablet goes, it is quite affordable. In spite such a huge bundle of features, the 16 GB model costs around $499 and the 32 GB model costs around $599.
The interface of the tablet is quite interesting. The touch screen is responsive to the slightest of gesture. The tablet again came in the limelight when Cat Deelay launched the Samsung Galaxy Tab in stores across the UK. The tab has gain quite hype due its high quality camera also. The popularity of the tablet can be gauged by the fact that recent famous blogger and Photographer Fatsarazzi has explained in a series of videos how the tablet helps him in blogging and especially photography. He explains how the big screen comes handy to analyze the photographs later on and the apps that allows basic editing. Those who haven’t seen the videos they are available on the Samsung UK YouTube channel.

by on Aug.26, 2011, under Samsung
Samsung’s Galaxy brand is one of the fastest growing in the world of technology and smartphones. The Galaxy S II is fast becoming one of the biggest selling smartphones in the world and the entry level Galaxy Ace has been extremely well received since its launch. The latest addition to Samsung’s galaxy range is the Fit, a sub-£100 smartphone running Android 2.2.
A major benefit of the Galaxy Fit is its affordability. It costs less that £100 on many pay as you go tariffs. Despite its low price, Samsung haven’t scrimped with the design or features of the Galaxy Fit. The attractive handset weighs just 108g and boasts a 3.3-inch touchscreen display. The 240 x 320 pixel resolution is great for viewing pictures, videos and webpages but won’t put a strain on the phone’s battery or resources.
The Galaxy Fit has a 600MHz processor and runs Android 2.2 and Samsung’s TouchWiz user interface. TouchWiz allows for superfast and smooth switching between apps, home screens and features on the phone; a rarity for budget smartphones. The device also comes preloaded with a variety of apps including Task Killer, Music, Social Hub and Quick Office, as well as a variety of Google apps.
One of the Galaxy Fit’s killer features is its incredible quality camera. It has a 5-megapixel sensor and shoots images at 2592 x 1944 pixel resolution. It also features geo-tagged and smile detection and shoots video at QVGA quality. The device also has excellent connectivity, with Wi-Fi, HSDPA, EDGE and GPRS. It can be used as a portable Wi-Fi hotspot for tethering and data can be transferred from the phone to a PC with the provided USB cable.
While the Samsung Galaxy Fit cannot match the Galaxy S II for power and features, its excellent camera and connectivity options make it the one of the best phones available for under £100. Find out more about this innovative mobile phone at the Phones 4U website.

Since the electronic leader Samsung was founded in 1969, every area of Samsung’s business has improved the society all around the world.
Step by step, every year, every month, and every day Samsung do its work the best. But don’t you know that actually the legendary history of Samsung has been started in far 1938 in Taegu, Korea by poor chairman Byung-Chull Lee who primarily traded export and sold dried Korean fish, vegetables, and fruit to Manchuria and Beijing under the name Samsung General. Now you see that in just fantastically short period of time Samsung has turned into one of the world’s biggest leaders in the market of digital technology. They say that in theory, there is no difference between theory and practice. But in practice, there is. So, in practice Samsung today provides a wide range of premium electronics with Samsung technology – Samsung LCD monitors, cameras, players, laptop computers, printers, Samsung mobile phone and more and more, the global corporation which got the number one global market share for thirteen of its products. As far I’m an owner of Samsung cell phone I’m certainly checking for Samsung news and rapid updates. It is just good news for all those of Samsung lovers who always want to get some awesome and unique. On February 13th Samsung has started its marketing campaign with a banner featuring a Galaxy S II and shadowed out handset.
Also Samsung has introduced its new Galaxy Tab 10.1, a seven-inch Android tablet, as a power alternative to Apple’s iPad. Samsung announced at CES 2011 that it would be offering dual-screen streaming functionality through its latest Samsung remote, the Second TV Smart Touch TV remote.
Russell Owens, general manager of CTV & AV marketing explained at the annual European Conference in Budapest, that this service will be restricted to just these two devices for the time being. “At the moment, from a technology point of view, we can confirm that it will be for the Tab 10.1 and the Galaxy S2’. The Android app should be out in March and it will offer the same functionality as the upcoming Second TV remote” Russell Owens said.
